Q: How do I log in to HApeople.com?

A: You need your HawaiianMiles number or HawaiianMiles Email Address and password to log in to HApeople.com.

Q: What if I don't know my HawaiianMiles account number?

A: You may obtain this information from the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST. If you have a HawaiianMiles Visa, he number is printed on the front of the card.

Q: What if I don't have a HawaiianMiles account?

A: Employees hired over the past couple of years have automatically received a HawaiianMiles account, however there are still some HA employees out there who don't have n account. If that's you, call the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST, and one of our agents will be able to assist you.

Q: How do I know what my password is?

A: If you've forgotten your password, go to the login page at HApeople.com and click on "Forgot Password?". A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address in your HawaiianMiles profile. If you need to create a password (i.e. new employees or employees who have never logged in to HApeople.com or My HawaiianMiles before), click on "Create Password" and follow the steps. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address in your HawaiianMiles profile.

Q: What if I don't have an e-mail address?

A: Internet service providers typically provide free e-mail accounts as part of your service plan. Check with your provider to see if this is offered. Also, free e-mail accounts are available through web sites such as MSN (Hotmail), Yahoo, and Google, among others. To post an e-mail address in your HawaiianMiles profile, call the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST. You must have an e-mail address in your HawaiianMiles profile in order to be able to complete the password creation process that allows you to log in to HApeople.com.

Q: I'm a new employee. Do I have to wait for my probation period to end before I can log into HApeople.com?

A: No. All employees are allowed access to HApeople.com.


Q: I just retired. Do I need to "register" on HApeople?

A: Once you retire, you must "register" on HApeople in order to regain access, even if prior to retiring you had access to and used the site. However, you only need to register once. After you fill out the fields on the "register" page and hit "submit," please allow 48 hours for your HawaiianMiles account to be given the appropriate tag and to be re-granted access to HApeople. Should you have any problems, call the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST.

Q: I've been furloughed. Do I need to "register" on HApeople or can I still log in and use HApeople using my HawaiianMiles number and password?

A: As a furloughee, you must "register" on HApeople in order to regain access, even if prior to being furloughed you had access to and used the site. However, you only need to register once. After you fill out the fields on the "register" page and hit "submit," please allow 48 hours for your HawaiianMiles account to be given the appropriate tag and to be re-granted access to HApeople. Should you have any problems, call the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST.

Q: I clicked the "Forgot Password" link and followed the steps, but I never received my temporary password by e-mail. What happened?

A: Users whose internet service providers include AOL, Comcast, or Roadrunner may experience problems receiving their temporary HawaiianMiles passwords. If after following the steps on the "Forgot Password" page you still do not receive your temporary password, call the HawaiianMiles Service Center (1-877-426-4537) Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm HST.
